Damages Site Making Headlines
The Damages website and its insider blog received mention in both USAToday.com and the Wall Street Journal last week! The Wall Street Journal listed the Damages site, and particularly the Hewes & Associates blog, as their Fake Law Firm of the Day.
The article praises the creators of the site for creating a realistic law firm site from its look and feel to the working phone number and the €˜About the Firm€™ description.

Extended REE clip up on NBC
An extended clip for Resident Evil: Extinction is up now via NBC.com and has an introduction by Ali Larter. I like that the page originally included an ad banner for our Convoy Game, which Sony also promoted at Comic-Con 2007.

Clear Cache
Overheard recently at Trigger:
“clear cache, not cash.”
… An email correcting a previous email from one of our project managers in Shanghai.

Armored vehicles. Zombies. Guns. Vegas. What else do you need?
Synchronizing with Sony’s panel on Saturday of Comic-Con 2007, Trigger launched our new Resident Evil: Extinction Convoy Game — part of our official website for the next installment in the undead movie series. The unstoppable T-Virus has spread outside the confines of Racoon City, and REE takes the show on the road.
Select one of several vehicles, squash zombies, pick up fuel – wait! you must stop and shoot the attacking zombies! – and then join up with other survivor vehicles to form a more protective convoy.
Trigger modeled vehicles, zombies, landscape, guns, and plenty of half-buried Las Vegas landmarks for the full effect. This is one bad ass Flash game that is part driving, part Postal, part FPS. Check back soon when we release the full version that includes a leaderboard and more.

Also for Comic-Con, we’ve updated the REE website with the very graphic, age-restricted “Red Band” trailer. For you marketing fans out there, you can read about Sony’s philosophy regarding R-rated trailers in this Entertainment Weekly article.

http://www.sonypictures.com/tv/shows/damages/
We’ve launched the full site for Damages, the new FX legal drama starring Glenn Close. Trigger designed a faux site for her character’s law firm, Hewes & Associates. Within, you’ll find an episode guide, photos, cast info, and other show details.

Use the “Cross Examiner” feature to see how each of the characters connect with each other, and how those connections change as the season progresses.

The show’s getting great reviews, and the pilot is available as a free download from iTunes for a limited time.
Here’s a fun mention we got on USA Today’s Pop Candy.
