Somewhere Down There, Tobey’s Filming Spider-Man 3
Misa and I visited the Sony Pictures lot today to watch a feature and make image selects from it. Here’s the view from the top of the parking lot at about 5pm when we left. It’s golden hour!
Cop: Ma’am, your daughter is texting.
Mother: (gasps)
Cop: And I would be suprised if that little boy wasn’t texting as well.
Mother: (sobs)

This has been a big week so far! Our first junior producer in training started on Monday. Her name is Misa, welcome her to the team, kids! And just in time for the Producer Who Does Not Drive’s (PWDND’s) birthday party!
To celebrate, Misa brings out her party shoes:
Soomi and ADWAD light the candles. Uh, we don’t have candles (we’re still a bunch of guys, mostly), so we use matchsticks with red tips.
Misa takes a pic with her cameraphone. She keeps talking about how much she loves her new cameraphone. She is also our geek-in-training.
As they were trying to light the thing, I think I heard someone say “can we just strike the cake against something?”
We finally got it lit, but man it smelled something fierce!
